School Uniform

We ask all children to wear school uniform daily. We do not require children to wear uniform that has the school logo embroidered on (but it is available from our uniform supplier, Clive Mark - more information below). Our PTA have a large supply of high quality second hand uniform that can be purchased for a donation through their website (more information below).

On days when your child has PE, please send them into school in their PE kits for the day as this reduces time required to change in school, enabling more time to be spent learning.

Bottle green sweatshirt or cardigan (with school logo - optional)

Second-hand school uniform

Through generous donations, the PTA has a huge collection of excellent quality second-hand uniform. This is often available to see at Learning Celebrations and at the Christmas and Spring Fayres. It is also possible to contact the PTA via the form below to arrange to receive the items at school via your child's classroom or you can collect from the school office. The PTA has a try-before-you-buy policy, so if you are not satisfied with any item, please return it before making your donation. Not only is this a great way to save money but it also promotes the school’s eco ethos by helping the environment through reusing and reducing waste.

Jewellery, Hair and Nail Varnish

On health and safety grounds, we do not allow children to wear jewellery in our school. Jewellery can also serve as a distraction to other pupils or become lost. If your child has pierced ears, we allow no more than one pair of very small plain round stud earrings (gold or silver in colour). Should a child lose any earring or incur any injury as a result of wearing these, the school will not be held responsible.

Nail varnish is not acceptable for children at school.

Long hair should be tied back.

Non-school uniform days

Each half term, the house team that has collected the most Dojo points will be awarded a 'Wear What You Want' day - where they can come into school in their own choice of clothes for a day. You will be informed in advance if your child's team has won.
