School Uniform

We ask all children to wear school uniform daily. We do not require children to wear uniform that has the school logo embroidered on. Our PTA have a large supply of high quality second hand uniform that can be purchased for a donation through their website.

On days when your child has PE, please send them into school in their PE kits for the day as this reduces time required to change in school, enabling more time to be spent learning.

PLEASE NAME EVERY ARTICLE OF CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR.

Each half term, the house team that have collected the most IDEALS beads will be awarded a 'Wear What You Want' day - where they can come into school in their own choice of clothes for a day. You will be informed in advance if your child's team has won.

JEWELLERY, HAIR and NAIL VARNISH

On health and safety grounds we do not allow children to wear jewellery in our school. Jewellery can also serve as a distraction to other pupils or become lost. If your child has pierced ears, we allow no more than one pair of very small plain round stud earrings (gold or silver in colour). Should a child lose any earring or incur any injury as a result of wearing these, the school will not be held responsible.

Nail varnish is not acceptable for children at school.

Long hair should be tied back.
